1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Vangard Freight Systems website or utilizing our logistics services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable transportation laws and regulations.

2. Freight Tender and Liability

All freight tendered to Vangard Freight Systems is subject to the terms outlined in our standard Bill of Lading. Liability for temperature-controlled LTL loads is strictly governed by the agreed-upon temperature parameters documented at the time of tender.

3. Service Guarantees

While we strive for a 99.8% on-time delivery rate, transit times are estimates unless explicitly contracted as "Guaranteed Expedited Service." Weather, regulatory delays, and Acts of God are exempted from service guarantees.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, operating out of our Chicago headquarters.
